About our online chat

Our team is online to offer you free, confidential advice with drugs or alcohol.

Whether you need advice for yourself or to support a friend or relative, we’re here for everyone.

We’ll work with you on your own goals, whether that’s reducing your drug or alcohol use, stopping completely or just staying safe and healthy.

Is it confidential?

Everything you tell our online team is confidential. We won’t share it with anyone else.

The only time this might change is if we have serious concerns about your own or someone else’s safety.

See more about how we protect your privacy.

How do I make sure my chat is private?

To make sure your chat stays private, it’s best to use your own phone or computer rather than a shared one. If you don’t have your own phone or computer, you can use private browsing.
